The Account Manager at SPR Services Inc. will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project progress, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or project enhancements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and within the agreed-upon limits.
• Ensure that all contract terms, change orders, and other agreements are met and documented.
• Resolve any client issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage client relationships independently.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Experience
