The Field Support at SPR Services Inc. will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of construction projects, providing support to project managers, subcontractors, and field crews. This role involves ensuring that the field operations run smoothly, materials and equipment are properly coordinated, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance to project managers and supervisors, ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist in overseeing field operations, ensuring that the work is being done according to specifications and timelines.
• Maintain communication between the office and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site and report any safety issues or violations.
• Help resolve issues or challenges that arise on the job site, working to minimize disruptions to the project.
• Keep accurate records of materials, equipment usage, and work progress.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the job site to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in construction management or related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of construction operations and processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in the construction industry.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected issues on site.

Experience
