CORE has let subcontracts to SPR Services for the painting scope of work for various types of projects ranging from industrial warehousing to elderly care facilities and multi-family housing. The most current Florida projects include Glenbrooke at Palm Bay, a 170-unit full service facility for the independent elderly, and Sandhill Oaks Apartments in Port Charlotte. Sandhill Oaks consists of 272 medium income apartment units with garages and other amenity buildings. CORE is very please with the level of quality workmanship furnished by SPR Services, and the cooperative manner with which they approach a project. SPR Services gives full attention to preparation and planning prior to actual start so that most questions are answered when it is time to perform.
