Fortenberry Road Apartments is a multifamily residential development located in Merritt Island, Florida. The project consists of 5 apartment buildings totaling 296 residential units, along with a clubhouse, pool pavilion, and additional community spaces. SPR Services Inc. is working in collaboration with Carter & Carter, providing professional interior and exterior painting services throughout the development. Our scope includes surface preparation, caulking, priming, and finish painting throughout the apartment buildings and amenity areas. Our work covers both interior and exterior areas of the development, helping provide consistent and durable finishes across the residential buildings and shared community spaces. Currently underway, Fortenberry Road Apartments reflects SPR Services Inc.’s continued involvement in large scale multifamily developments throughout Florida and our commitment to delivering quality painting services across every phase of the project.
