Packing District is a multi-family residential development located in Orlando, Florida, consisting of two phases. Phase I was successfully completed a few years ago, while Phase II is currently in its final stages.
SPR Services Inc. partnered with EMBREY Builders LLC as the general contractor to provide full interior and exterior painting services, including wallcovering installation across common areas and amenity spaces.
This project features a single building with 345 apartment units designed to offer modern living spaces within one of Orlando's most vibrant and redeveloped areas. Our team remains committed to delivering superior quality and long-lasting finishes tailored to the needs of this unique residential community.
