Tampa Heights is an upcoming multifamily residential development located in the heart of Tampa, Florida. This project includes one building type and a total of 321 apartment units, offering a modern urban living experience in one of the city's most vibrant areas. SPR Services Inc. will be working in partnership with MW Builders and Cerris Builders to provide full-scale professional painting services. Our scope of work includes interior and exterior painting, wallcovering installation, and caulking throughout residential units and shared amenity spaces. Construction is set to begin in 2024.
