The Groves at Kelly Park is an upcoming multifamily residential community located in Apopka, Florida. SPR Services Inc. is set to begin work in collaboration with LandSouth Construction, providing a full range of professional painting services. Our scope includes interior and exterior painting, wallcovering installation, and caulking throughout the development’s units and amenity spaces. Scheduled to begin in 2025, this project represents our continued commitment to delivering high-quality finishes that meet the expectations of today’s residential market.
