"This is to inform you regarding our recommendation of SPR Services. CORE Construction and SPR Services have completed projects together in the past, and also are currently working together on other projects in progress. CORE has let subcontracts to SPR Services for the painting scope of work for various types of projects ranging from industrial warehousing to elderly care facilities and multi-family housing. The most current Florida projects include Glenbrooke at Palm Bay, a 170-unit full service facility for the independent elderly, and Sandhill Oaks Apartments in Port Charlotte. Sandhill Oaks consists of 272 medium income apartment units with garages and other amenity buildings. CORE is very please with the level of quality workmanship furnished by SPR Services, and the cooperative manner with which they approach a project. SPR Services gives full attention to preparation and planning prior to actual start so that most questions are answered when it is time to perform. CORE has found SPR Services to adhere to good business practices and to operate with integrity, honesty, and a set of values not so often found among many subcontractors. Job closeout paperwork procedures including contract accounting and warranties, etc., has not been a problem in the relationship between CORE and SPR Services. Due to the foregoing general characteristics ascribed to SPR Services and experienced by CORE, I would not hesitate to recommend SPR Services for any type of painting related work to be undertaken."
